For bookings made more than eight weeks before arrival, a 50% non-refundable booking deposit is required. The remaining 50% is due eight weeks before check-in. For bookings made within eight weeks of arrival, full payment is required at the time of booking. Cancellations Refunds for cancellations are subject to the property being re-let. Booking deposits are non-refundable. We strongly recommend obtaining travel insurance to cover any potential cancellations.
